What type of product does UM offer?


We offer two types of products. Firstly, spare parts and tool change parts for blow molding machines (PET). Secondly, spare parts for food thermoforming machines used primarily in the manufacture of yogurt containers.

We also offer engineering service which can design improved and personalized products.

What are your opening hours ?


We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm. We also have an evening shift Monday to Thursday until 2h00 am (Eastern time).

However, sales representatives are always available.

Product catalogs are accessible on all types of devices.




I am not able to access the product catalogs. What should I do?

Our catalogs are under development, therefore some parts are not there yet. Please contact our representatives for our full product range.

How can I get a quote?


Send your parts lists to sales@umallette.com. A detailed quote will be sent to you within 24 to 48 hours.




In which format should I send a quote request?


It doesn’t matter which format you use to list your parts.

PDF, Word, Excel, Google, etc.




How fast can I get a quote?


Following your request, you will receive a quote within 24 to 48 hours.





Shipping

How does the shipment work?


You can use your own account ; FedEx, UPS, Purolator, Dicom, etc. In this case, you must provide your account number.

Otherwise, we can take care of the transport and add the charges to your UM invoice.




What is the delivery time?


Delivery time depends on the availability of parts. When you receive your quote, a date will be provided.

If we take care of the transport, in Canada we use the express service of the carriers. For the United States and all the other countries, we us standard service. However, if you want express service, you can mention it during your order.




Who should I contact if I have a problem with the delivery of my package?

Payment and billing

What currency do you accept?


We accept Canadian dollar (CAD), American dollar (USD) and Euro (€).




How can I pay my order?


The payment methods will be sent to you by your representative when confirming your order.




When will I receive my invoice?


Between 24 to 48 hours, business day, after sending your package. Unless a payment is required before shipping. In this case a proforma invoice will be sent to you before making the payment.

How can I receive promotional offers?
